How it works

How will I access the subscriber area?

Access to the online service will be through a user name (your email address) and a unique password. Please do not pass your user name or password to others to access the website as this would be a breach of copyright (see below).

How are the resources provided?

The resources are available in both Word and PDF format and you can enter the subscriber area and download any of the resources at any time during your subscription period.

When are the resources provided?

All Reel Issues outlines will be available from the first day of each month. Visit the site then or at any day following to download your next discussion!

What if I have access or technical problems?

If you have problems, please email CONTACTUS@REELISSUES.ORG.UK detailing the problem you are encountering.

What if I lose my password?

You can request your password under the Subscription section – you just need to enter your email address and we will provide it to you by email.

What if I change my email address?

It is important you keep us up to date. There is an online form to notify us of this change in the Subscription section. It is really important that you remember to tell us so we can still remind you when your subscription is expiring and provide your password if you lose it.
